How do I upgrade my provider membership plan?
Service providers can upgrade their membership plans at any time. This includes changing their membership program (i.e., upgrading from a Small Business to a Large Business membership), adding categories (i.e., starting with Writing & Translation and later adding on Admin Support), adding Connects, and upgrading to a Premier Provider membership (if approved). You can choose to affect your upgrades immediately or in the next billing cycle. Immediate upgrades will result in the immediate charge of the full cost associated with the upgrades without pro-rating.
To upgrade your membership:
1. Log in to MyElance.
2. Expand the list on the left panel by clicking the More link.
3. Click on the 'Membership Status’ link on the left panel.
4. Click on the ‘Edit Membership Plan’ button on the right.

5. Click on the radio button for a new membership plan, choose to add on more Connects or add on more categories. The new membership total will update on the bottom of the page.
6. Click the Continue button.
7. Choose to affect your change immediately or in the next billing cycle if the option is available.
8. Review the payment, verify the payment method, and submit your changes.
