How do I submit a repeat job?
When an employer and a service provider have worked together previously on Elance, have established a good working relationship, and have now have more work, Elance has a unique 'Repeat Project' feature. This convenient feature allows either the employer or the provider to create a new project without requiring the buyer to go through the project posting, proposal review and award process. The repeat project will have all the functionality as any posted project such as using Elance Escrow, having an hourly project, and updating the business terms during the project lifecycle. It will not cost any Connects to the service provider when accepting or submitting a repeat project.
For employers, to submit a repeat project:
1. Login to the My Elance Main Menu.
If you are not logged in, enter your Elance username and password.
2. Click the Workrooms link on the left panel
3. On the previous project with the provider, select the 'Select Action' > 'Hire Provider Again' link under the project status and fill in the job details.
4. Click the Continue button to preview your project details, then Submit.
For providers, to submit a repeat project:
1. Login to the My Elance Main Menu.
If you are not logged in, enter your Elance username and password.
2. Click the Workrooms > Working link on the left panel.
3. On the previous project with the employer, select the 'Select Action' > 'Submit Repeat Project' link under the project status and fill in the job details.
4. Click the Continue button to preview your project details, then Submit
