How can I ask a project question without using any Connects?
When submitting a proposal or Prebid, the providers and buyers can ask questions using the Private Message Boards (PMB), but the providers must use Connects when submitting a proposal or Prebid. If you want to ask the buyer a question about their job prior to submitting a proposal, you can post a Public Message. Each project has Public Messages where providers can ask details about the job without using any Connects. All messages are viewable by all users, and the buyers are sent a notification alerting them that their project's Public Messages has been updated.
To view or add a comment to a project's Public Messages, click the 'View Public Messages' link on the top right hand corner of the Project Description page.
