How do I purchase additional Connects?
You can add additional Connects to your membership plan at any time. Remember, any unused Connects you purchase do not rollover to the next billing period. You must use your Connects in the period in which you purchased them.
To pay for additional Connects:
1. Log in to the MyElance Main Menu.
If you are not logged in, enter your Elance username and password.
2. Expand the list on the left panel by clicking the More link.
3. Click the 'Add Connects' link on the left panel.
4. Use the pull down to indicate how many Connects you wish to add.
5. Review the changes in the Review section and click Continue.
6. Click Submit to confirm the changes and associated charges.
In addition, you will be automatically prompted to add more Connects to your plan when you submit a proposal that requires more Connnects than you have at the moment.
NOTE: If you wish to purchase additional Connects for the current month only, uncheck the box "Add these Connects to my monthly membership plan" after selecting the number of Connects you wish to add.
