How many Proposals can I make?
As a service provider on Elance, you can submit proposals on projects in a specific service category once you have a membership plan with that category, have the proper number of Connects, create a profile and pass the Elance Admissions test.
Each membership plan comes with a monthly allotment of Connects. The number of Connects used to submit a proposal for each project is dependent on the posted project's budget, if the project is a Featured Posting, and if you are submitting a proposal with sponsored placement.. If you have a paid membership plan, you can also purchase additional Connects at any time.
You can view your monthly Connect balance by following the steps below:
1. Log in to the MyElance Main Menu.
If you are not logged in, enter your Elance username and password.
2. Expand the list on the left panel by clicking the More link.
3. Click the 'Connect Activity' link to review your Connect balance & how you have used your Connects for the month.
If you have any remaining Connects at the end of your monthly billing period, they do NOT roll over to the next monthly period. They will reset to your monthly allotment at the start of the new period.
