How do I Navigate the Provider Workrooms?

Elance has a feature that allows providers to manage all of their proposals and awarded job activities.

Whenever you submit a proposal on a job use the Workrooms to monitor the status of the job. You can check on the proposals placed by other service providers, ask the employer questions about the job and once the bidding period is over, see if you were hired. If you are hired, you can then use the Private Message Board (PMB) to collaborate and the Work Space to share files.

To access all project Workrooms, click the Workrooms link on the left panel.   The Workrooms can also be filtered by selecting the job status links on the left panel.

Click the job name to access the individual Workroom.

From the top menu, you can access the job's:

• Private Message Board (PMB)
• Billing Information (Escrow milestones or Standard Invoices)
• Status Reports
• Business Terms
• Proposals that have been submitted and the original job description
• Shared Work Space Files
  
  Expand the Other link to:
• Request Feedback
• Leave Feedback for the Buyer
• Submit Repeat Projects
• Request a Fee Adjustment

The panels on the right include:

• Job Summary:  Basic details on the job's start date, completion date, amount and payment details.
• To Do:  Pending tasks
