How do I delete a credential / reference?

You cannot delete a credential, reference, or educational institution from your profile.  You can choose to hide it from your profile's public view.

1. Login to the My Elance Main Menu.

If you are not logged in, enter your Elance username and password.

2. Expand the list on the left panel by clicking the More link.

3. Click on the 'Provider Profile' link on the left panel.

4. Click on the Edit link for the References, Education, Certifications, Employment or Licences section(s).

5. Click on the 'Displayed' or 'Hidden' link next to the credential.

6. Scroll down and click on the 'submit' button.
