Why should I select skills when posting my job?

When posting your job, you have the option to select the top 5 skills you are looking for in the provider you hire.  The choices of displayed skills will be determined by the job's category. The skills selected will be used to tag your job so providers have better visibility to it when searching on those skills you've selected.  This should lead to you receiving more quality proposals from the provider community.
